1. Reservation Cancellations

a. Standard Reservations:

  • Cancellations Made 48 Hours Prior to Check-In: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time without incurring any charges. A full refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Prior to Check-In: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will be charged one night’s stay plus applicable taxes.

b. Non-Refundable Reservations:

  • Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for cancellations or refunds. The total reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Early Departures

  • Guests who depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will be charged for the full duration of their reservation. No refunds will be issued for early departures.

3. No-Shows

  • Guests who do not check in on the scheduled arrival date and have not contacted the hotel to cancel or modify their reservation will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged for the full reservation amount.

4. Special Offers and Packages

  • Special offers and packages may have specific terms and conditions that override the standard cancellation policy. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the specific offer or package at the time of booking.

5. Refund Processing

  • All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of booking. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Third-Party Bookings

  • If the reservation was made through a third-party booking site or travel agent, guests must contact the third party directly to cancel or modify their reservation. The hotel’s return policy may not apply, and guests should refer to the terms and conditions provided by the third party.

7. Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics), Royal Breeze Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without liability. In such cases, we will work with our guests to provide alternative arrangements or refunds as appropriate.
